A personalized, 60-minute visit designed to support your long-term wellness and
preventive care.

● Included at no additional cost with the Platinum Membership
● $89 + tax for all other Ione Medical members
● $280 + tax for non-members

This visit includes:

● A comprehensive physical exam
● Cervical cancer screening (Pap test) if indicated
● Breast and pelvic exams
● Age-appropriate preventive care and screenings

Note: Non-members must complete an initial consultation before scheduling an annual exam. The cost of a 60-minute
initial consultation is $170 +tax
